Return Policy

We proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our 3D printed products. Our items are crafted with precision and care, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the return. 

Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

 

Shipping Timelines

The majority of our products are made to order. That means when you place an order, a printer gets queued up to start creating your item. We don't keep inventory due to the high number of products and variations that we offer. Our goal is to ship orders within 1-2 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances depending on size of order and current backlog.
