Halloween Shipping Cutoff — Order By Dates
Halloween is Saturday, October 31, 2026. Here are the last order dates that still give you a strong chance of terrain on the table in time — worked out from our own delivery records, not a carrier brochure.

BC and Alberta, read this part. Our western lanes genuinely run slower — roughly twice as long as our eastern ones — so your dates land in early October, not late. If you are in BC or Alberta and you want terrain for a Halloween session, order in the next few days rather than waiting. If you have already missed the date and it is for a specific session, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Why our dates are not the carrier's dates
We print every order to order. Nothing on these shelves is sitting in a warehouse — your terrain starts as filament after you check out. So the clock on your order is our print and paint queue plus transit, and the queue is the part most shipping pages quietly leave out.
We also measured transit rather than quoting it. Across 163 Canadian orders tracked door to door, the pattern was consistent and a little inconvenient: delivery speed depends on where you are, not on what you paid. Our free shipping and our flat rate draw from the same carrier pool and arrive at the same speed. A Vancouver order and a Toronto order placed the same morning do not arrive the same week.
That is why this page is a list of provinces instead of one national date. One date would either mislead the west or needlessly rush the east.
The honest caveat
These are best-chance dates, not guarantees, and we are not going to dress them up as guarantees. They are set so that about 19 in 20 orders land in time. That means roughly 1 in 20 still misses, usually because of something in the carrier network we do not control. Ordering earlier than the date above is always better than ordering on it.
If Halloween timing is critical for your table, two things help more than anything else:
- Order early in the week. Orders placed Friday afternoon effectively start on Monday.
- Tell us the date. Put your session date in the order notes. We sequence the queue by hand and we will use it.
After the cutoff
The Halloween range stays available through Sunday, November 1. Plenty of it — graveyards, ruins, blighted wasteland — is not actually seasonal; it earns its keep in any campaign that spends time somewhere grim. If your date has passed, the terrain is still worth having. It just will not be having its debut on the 31st.
