We print and ship every order from our Canadian studio. Below is what to expect on processing, transit, rates, and duties.
Where we ship
We ship across Canada to all provinces and territories. International shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your destination.
Processing time
Most orders are printed and packed within 2–3 business days. Larger or custom orders may take longer; you’ll see an estimated lead time on the product page.
Transit times (within Canada)
- Ontario & Quebec: 3–5 business days
- Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba): 5–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 5–7 business days
- Northern territories: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Free shipping applies to Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more, based on the cart subtotal before tax.
Duties & customs
Do you charge duties or customs fees?
No. We print and ship every order from our Canadian studio. Orders shipped to a Canadian address are 100% domestic — no duties, no customs fees. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties at the destination country’s border (collected by the carrier or local customs authority, not by us).
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at hello@tabletoprpg.ca within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
